Occasionally it is possible to damage the tyre valve on your Jaguar. This can be done by applying lateral pressure while checking your tyre pressures, or breakage if corrosion gets to the metal components. If you are unlucky, it might suffer an impact from flying debris while driving too. If this happens, you don't need to replace the whole valve and pressure sensor assembly, a competent person can repair your tyre valve with the correct kit.
