The Heater Control Valve is a device in your Jaguar's heating system which regulates the flow of warm engine coolant into the heater matrix, working in conjunction with your cabin heater, controlling the warm air flowing into the cabin through the vents as required. If you have no heating in your Jaguar, or you become unable to alter the temperature of the air coming in, you should have your heating system checked over by a competent person to see if your Heater Control Valve needs to be replaced.
