Fits: Front, with 350mm Brake Discs

Brake Pads work with Brake Discs to slow your Jaguar down when the brake pedal is depressed. If you have reached the wear limit on the brake pads you may hear a squeaking noise, or the warning light will appear on your dashboard, if your Jaguar is equipped with Wear Warning Sensors. It is best practice to not run the friction material down until you reach the metal backing plate, but replace your brake pads when you have around 2-3mm left. The last roughly 2mm of friction material is impregnated with the adhesive resin that bonds the friction material to the backing plate, thus you will have a reduced braking effort below 2mm. Have a competent person check over the braking system on your Jaguar regularly, and replace any worn or wearing parts. Brake pads must be replaced in sets of 4 and it is advisable to replace the brake discs too if they are approaching their wear limit, as the old pads will have worn to the old discs. New brake discs and pads will wear together and will feel much better too.
