Your Jaguar's Air Conditioning Compressor is a pump driven by the Engine Drive Belt, and controls the supply of refrigerant to the air conditioning system in your Jaguar. A failed compressor can present in a number of ways. You might have a rattling pulley when the A/C is engaged, the interior of the compressor may be worn, or it could be leaking refrigerant. If you have any issues with your Jaguar's Air Con system, have it checked over by a competent person.
